Our Process
Each transition is unique to the person who bravely choses to begin the process. We will meet with you and discuss your goals in a soothing and compassionate environment.
Using the innovative Exion and Emface devices, we can help you either sharpen or soften your jawline to present as more masculine or feminine. Our devices are noninvasive and nonsurgical, so you can achieve your new look without the risks associated with plastic surgery.
Did you know that masculine and feminine presenting people have different shaped teeth and mouth structure? As part of your treatment planning, we can also help you address those types of concerns.
Visit us for a consultation to discuss your goals and learn how we can help transform your life for the better.

With our Treatment Planning Tool, you can select your exact areas of concern and get personalized treatment recommendations.
There are many different factors that can influence the duration of your treatment. We’ll build your treatment plan and present you with a schedule of appointments, each tailored to your needs.
Your gender-affirming care in Wellesley will be carefully guided by Dr. Panjini. She strives to minimize discomfort as much as possible.
For dental restorations and smile design, we’ll use an anesthetic during treatment so you won’t feel anything. You may experience some discomfort after more extensive care, but we will give clear instructions for how to address that if it should happen.
Emface is a noninvasive treatment that isn’t considered painful. Likewise, Exion is considered a comfortable treatment although it is considered minimally invasive if using the microneedling aspect of the treatment.
Regardless of the treatments involved in your plan, we will ensure your comfort through the process.
